NEWARK,
Ohio — The GolfWorks proudly announces the
recent graduation of several new students who
attended The GolfWorks Clubmaking Academy’s
Fitting, Assembly and Repair School. After
receiving the industry’s most advanced
training on custom fitting and golf club repair, those
that have successfully completed the course
include Jerry Frontiero of Myrtle Beach,
S.C.; Mark Martens of Golf Clubs and Repair
Inc., McMurray, Penn.; Christopher DeLaat
and Arnie Lew of Mayfield Golf Course, Caledon
East, Ontario; John Camus of Holyoke,
Mass.; Aaron Keeran of Marion, Ohio; Justin Kelley
of Long Beach, Calif.; and Jim Woodward of
Jim‚s Golf Club Repair, Shippensburg,
Penn.
“Whether it’s Professional Clubfitting,
Total Golf Club Repair or any of the Fitting
and Assembly schools, the primary goal of
each of the schools is to provide the most comprehensive
instruction possible in that particular
field of clubmaking study,” says Britt
Lindsey, vice president of technical services
for The GolfWorks. “We set out to make the
student the best clubmaker they can be, and our
experienced staff of technical experts
will continue to offer specialized training unmatched
by any other program available today.”
The GolfWorks Fitting Assembly and Repair
School is a five-day session that ensures hands-on
experience and individual attention, setting
the standard for clubmaking and repair instruction.
For decades, thousands of clubmakers, golf industry
experts and PGA professionals have relied

latest skills and technology from experienced
staff. The Academy courses are approved
by the Professional Clubmaker’s Society
and qualify for PGA of America Continuing
