 TORRINGTON,
Conn. — After three days of play at this
weekend's Presidents Cup, the United States
and International teams were tied until two
U.S. players — both using Rifle steel
shafts — broke the deadlock by going
2-0 on Saturday. Then, during the Sunday Singles
